REVIEW: Britain's Got Talent: The Champions
You may have to delve deep into your memory banks to recall the past winners of BGT.
Itâs been 13 years since the series started, after all. But you stand very little chance indeed of recognising the other acts in what promises to be the Olympics of Talent, because theyâre some of the winners of the 72 versions of Got Talent shows that have gone out around the world.
Reassuringly, the judging panel are familiar faces, as are presenters Ant and Dec.
Each week the judges vote one act through to the final while the audience vote for a second.
But that doesnât mean you canât play along at home. The challenge is to decide, say, whether you think Paul Pottsâs singing is better than the Ukraineâs Kseniya Simonovaâs sand artistry; and whether Boogie Stormâs Star Wars-style dancing beats American father-and-daughter duo Bello and Annaliese Nockâs daredevil circus act.
Itâs certainly going to perk up Saturday nights for many of us.
